Catalog use
Filter Cross Hub provides cross-reference information from catalog sources. Confirm suitability, dimensions, equipment application, and installation requirements before purchasing or fitting a part.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. We may record metadata for key actions on the service — including searches, part views, signup, login, support contact, and missing-part submissions — covering IP address, inferred device information, and the email address associated with the account, to operate, analyse, and protect the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Approximate location
Any country, region, city, coordinates, or accuracy radius inferred from an IP address is approximate and is not guaranteed to identify your actual or precise location. VPNs, proxies, corporate networks, and mobile carriers can materially affect the result. Do not rely on inferred location where accuracy matters, including for deciding which supplier to contact.
Regional relevance and dealer listings
We may use approximate location to present regionally relevant content, pricing, and — where such listings are available — dealers or distributors close to your area. Any dealer or distributor shown is a suggestion based on approximate location and available records. Inclusion is not an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty, we do not guarantee that a listed party stocks a given part or is the closest available, and any dealing you enter into with them is solely between you and that party.
Accounts and limits
Guest and Free usage limits apply as described on the Subscription page. Attempts to evade limits, impersonate another person, submit fabricated identity information, or interfere with the service are prohibited.
Paid subscriptions
Monthly and Yearly access remains available while Stripe reports the subscription as active or trialing. Charges, renewal, cancellation, invoices, and payment methods are managed through Stripe Checkout and the hosted customer portal.
Availability and changes
Catalog records and service features can change as source data is updated. We may correct, remove, or replace records when source data changes or a conflict is identified.
